Shipping

Indikon will ship ordered products as soon as possible after payment has been received. This should on average be within three working days, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

The ordered products will be delivered to your delivery address within 30 days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise or otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be carried out, you will receive notification of this no later than 30 calendar days after the order was placed. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

The place of delivery shall be the delivery address that you have given to Indikon. The accuracy of the delivery address is your sole responsibility. An incorrect delivery address may give rise to additional delivery and/or other costs, included, but not limited to, in case of loss of the products.

The stated prices on the Indikon website are always exclusive of delivery costs, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs will be clearly indicated before completion of your purchase, and, may vary depending on your order and destination.

You must immediately notify Indikon in case of damage to a product at the time of delivery.

All our products are handmade or hand-printed. Minor variations in colour, size or print cannot be excluded due to the handmade or hand-printed nature of the products.

 

Returns

You have the right to return your order within a period of 14 calendar days, which starts to run on the day after receipt of your order by you or on your behalf. You must inform Indikon of your decision to return your order by sending an email to returns@indikonshop.com within these 14 calendar days.

During this period, you will handle the product and packaging with care. You must not have used the product other than to unpack or inspect it to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you exercise this right to return, you will return the product with all delivered accessories, instructions, labels, notices, and in its original condition and packaging to Indikon, in accordance with the instructions provided by Indikon. Failure to do any of the above can result in a lower or no refund in case this results in a reduction in value of the order.

To benefit from your right of return/right of withdrawal, you have to ship the returned products back to Indikon within 14 calendar days from the day that you have notified Indikon from your decision to return your order, to the following address:

The shipping costs related to the return are at your charge. During the return, the risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with you until the moment of delivery of the order in its original state to Indikon. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping method to return your order.

Indikon will refund all payments received from you within 10 working days after the day on which the products have been returned to and received by Indikon in their original state.

Indikon will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as that used by you during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

You do not have a right of return with respect to products that have been made specifically to your specifications or have been clearly personalised.
